1. Prices

All prices are in NZ dollars (NZ$) and include GST of 12.5%. All prices are correct at time of publication, however, we reserve the right to alter these without prior notice.

2. Delivery and freight

Freight costs are calculated when you place a completed order and before you submit any payment details. The freight costs are based on the "Ship to" address for the order.

3. Returns policy

If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your order, please return to us within 10 working days of receipt of goods. Please note, payment for and risk of returning goods is your responsibility. Bokashi NZ will happily offer an exchange or credit provided that goods are returned in their original condition; this means that no seals on either the buckets have been broken.

4. Cancellation of order

You may cancel your order up to the point of despatch, and we will refund you within 30 days. If your order has already been dispatched to you, you can return it to Bokashi at your cost (see Returns Policy above).

5. Availability

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods requested, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

Any personal information provided by you to Bokashi NZ Ltd will only ever be used for the purposes for which it was provided (ie to process your order) and, from time to time, to keep you up to date with any relevant Bokashi NZ Ltd news or promotions. Your personal details will only ever be disclosed to relevant organisations who provide Bokashi NZ Ltd with professional advice such as accountants, solicitors or business advisors.
